Tiny Intimate Wedding at Rowena’s Inn on the River

Michelle and Steven wanted to have a tiny, intimate wedding with just their nearest and dearest. They opted to have their sweet day at Rowena’s Inn on the River.

If you’re a romantic and love romantic movies you’ll probably love this little venue as it’s been used in Hallmark films such as The Wedding March, and I Do, I Do, I Do.

Although Rowena’s is often a go-to-venue for small weddings and elopements I believe they sometimes set up a tent to accommodate parties of up to 150 people. This is a wedding venue that is gorgeous all year long.
Michelle and Steve’s intimate wedding at Rowena’s Inn took place in the early Spring, and even though it ended up being a wet day I was able to get some incredible shots around the property.

I usually photograph weddings with Brad or John at my side, but I photographed this wedding alone. It was a pretty small wedding and I was able to cover everything without a second shooter

Rowena’s Inn on the River is located at 14282 Morris Valley Road in Harrison Mills, about 100km east of Vancouver. Room rates run from about $170 to $380 per night.
