We just adored this outdoor Hart House Restaurant Wedding at Deer Lake Park. It was a bit of an emotional wedding as Alex’s mother had passed away when she was younger, and while she had her dad and her stepmom there, each time it was acknowledged it stirred up a lot of emotions for everyone, especially when she gave her step mom a gift and had a first look with her dad before we headed to the ceremony.
Cole and Alex also shared an emotional first look just before the ceremony. We decided that in order to give the couple maximum time with guests that evening, that we’d take care of all the portraits before the ceremony so that afterwards they could just enjoy their time with friends and family. One of our favourite things about this wedding was that the ring bearers were the couple’s DOGS! They were so dang cute! I just love when couples include their furbabies in the day.
