Vancouver Wedding Photographer | COVID-19 Response

During this unprecedented time we first and foremost wish for the safety and health of all our clients past, present, and future as we navigate the challenges of COVID-19 together.  We want to inform clients of our updated procedures & policies at this time.

Consultations & Meetings:

Based on recommendations from The Public Health Agency of Canada we are refraining from all in-person consultations at this time as our indoor space is quite tiny. That being said we will continue to provide consultations and customer service by email, telephone, and Zoom.

Portrait Sessions:

It is our highest priority that we conduct ourselves with our client’s health in mind.  Now that we are both double vaxxed we have resumed socially distanced and masked portrait sessions. Clients do not need to wear masks during these sessions.

Existing Weddings/Photobooth:

Although the retainers placed on wedding packages are non-refundable, we will reschedule client’s weddings with no penalty. Existing retainers will be transferred to the new date, so long as the wedding is re-booked for a date within 365 days of the original date booked.

We will honour any 2020 special prices for existing & booked clients, even if clients need to reschedule for 2021. If you decide to postpone your wedding please contact us as soon as possible with your top 3 preferred dates and we will do our best to accommodate your new wedding date.

New Wedding Bookings:

Clients booking new weddings must ensure that their weddings are within the current provincial health orders in order for us to accept a booking. Album & Print Orders:

Our print lab has now re-opened however orders are slower than usual. Albums usually take 10-12 weeks to produce, please allow for extra time during this pandemic.



We are doing our best to support you and our shared local community, as we do our best to reduce the spread of COVID-19. We believe that if we work together, we will get through this.
