Romantic Yoga Inspired Engagement Session

I love when clients make their engagement session their own. Such was the case with yoga instructors Sean & Amy, who are tying the knot later this year near the Yoga Studio they own in White Rock. It only made sense to have a yoga inspired engagement session since it’s such a huge part of their daily lives.

Of course there are challenges in shooting in a yoga studio – they are generally quite dark since they are supposed to be places of tranquility so we really had to up our game when it came to lighting. It was actually a really fun challenge to work with two big soft boxes without having too much light spill!

To say that I was blown away by their strength and flexibility would be an understatement – they are both masters of their art, which is why they teach it! It was so much fun to be able to capture them doing what they are great at with a romantic twist!
