Harrison Hot Springs Wedding with a Nerdy Twist

Harrison Hot Springs is a stunning location to have a wedding. I’ve shot here a few times over the years and rain or sun the location is exceptional.

What I loved most about Jenna & Colin’s wedding was that they really prioritized all the things the love about their relationship in their wedding. They honored their ancestry and culture; they both have a self-professed fondness for all things geeky and found ways of including nerdy details like Star Wars and Lord of the Rings in their wedding.

But above all the thing that was most evident at their wedding was how much their community means to them and how much they mean to their community. People were just so present and engaged at this wedding. I’ve been to hundreds of weddings – I’ve see it all over the years – weddings which are big, showy performances, weddings all about the bling. This was not that. This wedding was about love and connection and it really showed.
