Behind The Scenes – 2011

Ever considered a career in wedding photography? If I can offer you one piece of advice it’s RUN!! DON’T DO IT!!

I kid, I kid.

That being said it is a chaotic, high stress job, so you really have to love what you do! Lucky for us we really love what we do! We’re blessed each year with amazing clients who invite us into their homes and lives to document one amazing day for them. Even with all the craziness of a wedding we always have an absolute blast! I get home from weddings and my arms and legs are tired but even more tired are my cheeks from smiling and laughing all day, and how many people get to say that they come home from work with a face that hurts from laughing and smiling too much? It’s truly a gift.

I just thought I’d take a moment to share some of the behind-the-scene shenanigans from 2011. I can’t wait to see what 2012 holds – its turning out to be one of our busiest years yet and I just know we’re going to make a whole pile of new friends this year. It’s going to be awesome!
