Wedding Albums

Wedding albums are the first thing we recommend to all of our clients. There is no waiting for pictures to load. No obsolete format. No corrupted files.  Whether a year after your wedding or 75 years after your wedding all you have to do is simply open the album and enjoy the images. It doesn’t get more timeless or simple than that.

Laying out and designing albums is easily one of my favourite parts of my job.  I get to take all these moments from the day and arrange them into a story. It actually takes a lot of work to select the images for an album, because the images need to stand on their own and work as a collection as well. I spend countless hours deciding on the images and creating a custom album for my clients. After I select the images my clients come in to view the album proof, it’s at that appointment I make the final layout changes with the client before the album is sent off for printing. Each of my clients are essential decision makers when it comes to their albums, they choose the shape and size, the fabrics & materials used, decide how the album is bound, what the gutter is like, and any other customizations such as cameo windows or magnetic snaps. I’m so excited when I get back each album from Renaissance because each one is a unique piece of art that stands on it’s own, just like a canvas or a wood print.
